Scope and Contents From the Series: This series is the result of Jacqueline Van Voris' research into the Committee of Correspondence. Van Voris, working on behalf of the Sophia Smith Collection, completed a set of taped interviews with Committee members in 1987-88. She used the histories as source material for her 1989 booklet, The Committee of Correspondence: Women with a World View.
