Scope and Contents

Minutes and reports of meetings of the Board of Trustees of the National Board of the YWCA of the U.S.A. Meetings of the Board of Trustees largely address financial matters including budgets, endowments, investments and property. In addition, the board elects members and officials and passes recommendations and resolutions. In 1960 the Board proposes amendments to their by-laws.
