Scope and Contents

The Bureau of Personnel and Training is responsible for consultations and programs concerning the training, recruitment and support of employees. These functions include providing personnel support services to staff, developing recruitment policy and procedure, researching trends and practices in the field of personnel management and training and developing written materials to support their programs. The committee of the Bureau of Personnel and Training sets goals and emphases for the bureau ensuring they align with the emphases of the National Board.
