Scope and Contents

Regional councils of the National Student Council of the YWCA of the U.S.A. are responsible for regional policy making, maintaining the relationship between local student associations and the National Student Council and maintaining the regional budget and staff. Beginning in1934 interest in a cooperative student Christian movement results in the Student Christian Movement of the Rocky Mountains uniting the student Christian campus groups including the YMCA and YWCA and connecting the regional groups to the national and international student Christian movements. Minutes and reports after 1934 are from the Student Christian Movement of the Rocky Mountains.
