Scope and Contents

Fourth National Convention of the Young Women's Christian Associations of the United States of America proceedings and reports. Proceedings provide a detailed overview of the discussions, debates and presentations of the convention. These presentations include updates on work and activities, discussion of challenges and opportunities in their group, discussion of cooperation with other organizations, and recommendations for support from the National Board. A report on thrift and economy throughout the organization addresses the need to operate within the organization's budget and a report on the training of volunteers assesses the importance of volunteers.
