Scope and Contents

Due to the effect the war has on travel resources and finance the convention for 1943 was cancelled. Convention committees discuss the matter in addition to taking a poll of local associations prior to making their decision. In the report from Mrs. White to the YWCA of the U.S.A. National Board alternatives to a national convention are suggested.
