Scope and Contents

Bulletins and the first half of the recorded proceedings from the Business and Professional Assembly at the Seventeenth National Convention of the Young Women's Christian Associations of the United States of America. Proceedings continue with page 94 on reel 37, microdex 1 of the YWCA of the U.S.A. records. As men are coming back from the war and returning to the work force the professional women discuss job security and the fears of being replaced by men. In addition, international cooperation and race discrimination are discussed throughout.
