Scope and Contents

Correspondence and reports concerning YWCA of the U.S.A. work in Estonia and Latvia. YWCA of the U.S.A. secretaries in Estonia and Latvia work to develop programming and train local leaders. In addition, efforts are made to form cooperative relationships between the Estonian and Latvian associations including holding joint conferences.
