Denmark, circa 1921-1939
Scope and Contents
Correspondence, reports, and other materials concerning the YWCA of the U.S.A.'s work with the YWCA of Denmark. A cooperative relationship with the YWCA of Denmark allows for American YWCA secretaries to visit and share program ideas, train leadership, and observe association practices. In addition, secretaries from Denmark and the United States arrange visits to conventions and women from Denmark express interest in studying and working in America. Reports from American secretaries are accounts of travels through Denmark and comment on the social and religious lives of the people as well as including remarks of general impressions and association work. Also included is a pamphlet from the International People's College in Elsinore, Denmark.
