YWCA of the U.S.A. training project budgets, statements, workshop materials and documents concerning the YWCA School for Professional Workers. To develop leadership skills and train secretaries in method and techniques used in the diverse sections of the YWCA of the U.S.A., training workshops, summer schools, seminars and institutes are offered by the YWCA of the U.S.A. Budget forms track the expenses incurred and fees collected for such training courses. Leadership workshops offer sessions on techniques for handling challenging scenarios, management skills, training and working with diverse constituent groups. The YWCA School for Professional Workers is a training program for new YWCA of the U.S.A. employees. The sessions orient the new worker on the purpose and aims of the YWCA of the U.S.A. in addition to providing lessons in leadership and programming method used.
