Outside organizations: Youth, 1934-1935
Scope and Contents
Documents concerning the American Youth Congress, an organization to encourage the unity of youth and young adults and a "cooperation center" for organizations serving young people. The YWCA of the U.S.A. and the Business and Professional Division of the YWCA of the U.S.A., as organizations serving youth and young adults, take an interest in and participate in the congress. Through disseminating information and congresses and conventions the American Youth Congress addresses issues faced by youth in the United States and shares statements on their stance on issues affecting youth.
