Early regional conferences are not joint conferences but separate conferences students from the YWCA of the U.S.A. and YMCA. Additionally, separate conferences are held for African American student YWCA of the U.S.A. delegates. The title card for this microdex says microdex 3 but this is the fourth microdex on the film.
