World Student Christian Federation, 1921-1949
Scope and Contents
Reports and study courses from the World Student Christian Federation (WSCF). Reports include overviews of the work of the WSCF, reports on the role of Christian student movements internationally, excerpts of a travel diary of a visit to the Far East and annual reports from the National Student YWCA to the WSCF. Study course outlines and discussion guides are materials to guide discussion in groups on topics such as biblical study, international relations, Christian movements around the globe and the role of Christianity in the relief of social, political and economic problems. Included in the study course guides are discussion guides on the church in Germany and the Far East.

This collection is open for use without restriction beyond the standard terms and conditions of Smith College Special Collections.
However, by agreement with the YWCA of the U.S.A., microdexes known to contain financial records or personal health information (usually on job applications) were not digitized and/or not published in our online repository as part of the CLIR Digitizing Hidden Collections grant. These microdexes may still be accessed on the original microfilm, and digital files may be made available to individual researchers upon request.
