Scope and Contents
Documents concerning YWCA of the U.S.A. staff meetings on supervision in the Southwest and Southeast. The two regional seminars are lead by Walter Kindelsperger and cover topics related to the supervision of staff and volunteers. Discussion sessions use records of supervisory conference to stimulate discussion. These supervisory conference records are transcripts of proceedings of a meeting between a supervisor and staff or other supervisor. Meeting results and reactions are recorded in notes, outlines and reports.
