Scope and Contents

The YWCA School for Professional Workers is a YWCA of the U.S.A. training course for new or early career professional staff to provide training to emerging leaders on the purpose of the YWCA of the U.S.A., the role of the leader and the structure and function of the YWCA of the U.S.A. In addition, the school helps the attendees learn about their role as leaders in the YWCA and in implementing the objectives of the YWCA of the U.S.A. and the World YWCA.
