Scope and Contents

Documents concerning the activities of the southwest region of the National Student YWCA including special projects, staff meetings and staff work plans. Regional organization is a bridge between National and local associations and an opportunity to unite regional associations towards common projects and goals. Regional projects strengthen participation and support through the regional support networks. The special project with migrant workers identifies a community need and organizes an opportunity for student associations to help out. The Southeast Asia special project connects the regional associations with Southeast Asia and seeks to build international understanding. Special projects are documented in flyers, letters of support, project evaluations and reports. Minutes of regional staff meetings are an opportunity for regional staff to meet and discuss the needs of local student associations, identify regional and local challenges and plan for future activities. Additional documents include staff work plans, statistical reports of the region and visitation reports.
