Scope and Contents

Conference notes, proceedings and announcements for cycle meetings, executive director meetings and a leadership development workshop. Documents are grouped by region under each type of conference. Regional conferences, meeting and workshops are an opportunity for YWCA of the U.S.A. members and leaders to gather with others from their areas between conventions. Cycle meetings are developed around a theme and are an opportunity for delegates from local associations to engage in discussion, develop program around the themes and share concerns. For developing leaders within the YWCA of the U.S.A. and its local associations, leadership development workshops share leadership practices, YWCA of the U.S.A. principles and networking for any member in any leadership role. Executive director meetings have more of a focus on the administrative side of leadership in the YWCA of the U.S.A. discussing personnel management, program administration and program development. Materials are arranged by conference and the by region.
