Scope and Contents

Reports of the YWCA of the U.S.A. Continuing Education Project, personnel administration handbooks, and biographical data on selected national staff. The YWCA of the U.S.A. Continuing Education Project provides financial support to employees to complete undergraduate degrees, participate in national and regional professional development workshops and institutes and pursue additional professional development. The project recognizes the specific skills and knowledge required of many staff and the cost of obtaining those skills and seeks to make the necessary education available to all staff. The project report evaluates the success of the project and progress reports follow its development. The biographical profiles present a brief overview of the selected staff member's qualifications and roles in the YWCA of the U.S.A. and are arranged by the person's last name. The profiles are preceded by a list of all staff included.
