Angela Shipman Crispin and Egerton L. Crispin bookplate collection
Scope and Contents
The collection consists of bookplates, proof plates (some signed by the engraver) and dealers' catalogs and lists. Important specialities of the collection include bookplates of medical men, bookplates designed by E. R. French, bookplates of California book collections, as well as bookplates from outside the United States and on special subjects (music, architecture, military, juvenile and angling among others).
