Scope and Contents

The collection consists of six framed items illustrated by Leonard Baskin and printed at his Gehenna Press. The items are: "Children & Still Life" (n.d.); "Jack Plain-Dealing" (1952); Herman Melville, "The Portent" (1962); Hugh Macdiarmid, "The Eemis Stone" (1967); "John Woolman's Dream of the Fox and the Cat" (1970); Ted Hughes, "The Black Chapel" (1979).
