Monthly and visitation reports for the Southern region of the National Student YWCA. Monthly reports to the National Student Council are submitted using standard forms and collect information concerning meetings attended, campuses visited, materials prepared, regional developments, how the secretary's day were divided and interviews conducted. Visitation reports are narrative reports of a secretary's visit to campus associations.

Completed monthly reporting forms from the Southern region of the National Student YWCA. These forms collect summaries and brief narrative descriptions of information such as visits to student associations, meeting participation, cooperation with other associations and organizations, work hours, area travel and regional development. Some forms are supplemented by a longer narrative report in addition to the standard form.
