Abe Louise Young papers
Abe Louise Young is a poet, activist, Sophia Smith Scholar in Poetry, and a founder of the Poetry Center at Smith College. Collection contains correspondence; diaries; poetry and writings; passport; flyers, brochures and newsletters pertaining to the women's movement and lesbian activism; and miscellaneous printed material, memorabilia, and photographs. A typescript of an interview with Elizabeth Alexander, first director of the Smith Poetry Center, is also included.

Alice Gorton Hart papers
Poet and teacher. Primarily personal journals and notebooks, with inserts, dated from 1948 to 1988. Her undergraduate life at Smith is well documented. Materials from student life at Smith in the 1950s are included. Later journals document her marriage, friendships, and close relationship with her mother. Among the subjects she explored were poetry, women's spirituality, dreams, and the feminist movement. There are also poems and writings and a letter from Aldous Huxley.
Anna Hempstead Branch papers
Anna Hempstead Branch (1875-1937) was an American poet who editor William Thomas Stead called “the Browning of American poetry. She was a member of the 1897 Smith College graduating class. The Anna Hempstead Branch Papers consist of aproximately 13 linear ft. and are primarily related to her professional and public life.
Anne Rubicam Witten papers
The papers are a multi-media collection, including drafts, audio recordings (tapes, cassettes and records) and printed versions of Witten's sound poetry. Photographs, slides and drawings used in either the publication or performance of her poetry are also included. There are a few drafts of her prose writings, letters, legal documents and clippings.

The materials in this collection represent a portion of Judith Raymo's Sylvia Plath collection, assembled by Judith Raymo. Judith Raymo (Smith College Class of 1953) collected Sylvia Plath’s work for three-decades before donating the collection to the Mortimer Rare Book Collection at Smith College.
Livingston-Fulton family papers
