This collection contains research material Jerry Lembcke gathered on actress and anti-war activist Jane Fonda for his 2010 book "Hanoi Jane: War, Sex, and Fantasies of Betrayal" which dissects the media myth-making of actress Jane Fonda and her anti-war activism in the 1970s.

Administrative and program files of the Committee to End Sterilization Abuse (CESA) and, its successor, the Committee for Abortion Rights and Against Sterilization Abuse (CARASA). CESA was an organization whose mission s to reduce sterilization violations against women of color in poverty. It was later superseded by the CARASA, which widened the focus to include abortion rights and protections.

Neal Salisbury was a historian of Native Americans in early modern North America and a Professor at Smith College from 1973 to 2014. His papers include research and outlines for his books, drafts of syllabi, essays from conferences and graduate school, research notes, and correspondence.
