Achebe Betty Powell papers
Achebe Betty Powell (June 14, 1940 - February 21, 2023) was a groundbreaking and influential leader in the LGBTQ+ and Civil Rights movements. She devoted her life to activism and was an active antiracism and diversity trainer through her consulting firm, Betty Powell Associates. This collection primarily documents Powell’s consulting work between 1989 and 2023, although there are also materials relating to Powell’s activist work and personal life during that period.

Anne MacKay papers
The collection contains personal and business files of Anne Mackay, an amateur theatre director, playwright, and author, who was prominent in the New York lesbian community in the 20th century. It includes materials regarding MacKay's amateur theater work, as well as her work as an author of fiction, nonfiction and poetry. Also well-documented is her active participation in reunion activities at her alma mater Vassar College (Class of 1949).

The collection documents the history of Woman Sound (later City Sound Productions), the first all-woman sound company founded by Sandstrom and her partner, Casse Culver, in 1975. It is comprised of correspondence, financial records, legal documents, tax records, and general office files. The collection also includes research materials for Sandstrom's dissertation.

Dolores Klaich (1936–2023) was a lesbian author of fiction and non-fiction and an teacher of human sexuality and HIV/AIDS. She was also a co-founder of the East End Gay Organization (EEGO) on Long Island and was active in various gay and lesbian causes. The Dolores Klaich papers consist of Klaich's writings, teaching materials on human sexuality and HIV/AIDS, and her files relating to various lesbian causes and organizations she was involved in.

The collection contains photographs and recordings of conferences and presentations, articles and publications on gays and gays in health care, and of newsletters, mailings, and fliers. Also included are the working papers of the Gay Nurse Alliance, an advocacy group for gay patients and nurses and an education disseminator for health care professionals and others.

The Green Street Lesbian Rooming House was a women's cooperative rooming house in Northhampton, MA. The collection consists of house logbooks including announcements, phone messages, minutes of occasional house meetings, and personal messages between residents. The entries are revealing of the women's personal lives, daily life in the rooming house, and the Northampton lesbian community.
Homosexuality/LGBT collection
This collection consists of printed materials that document the evolution of attitudes and approaches to lesbian, gay, and bisexual people and organizations from 1932-1995 (mostly the 1970s), and documents the political struggles of lesbians, gay men, and bisexuals to oppose homophobic discrimination in U.S. society. Also of interest are numerous newsletters, periodicals and leaflets that document lesbian organizing in Western Massachusetts.
