The Committee on Cooperation in Latin America is an international committee established to facilitate the work of Christian organizations in Latin America. The first task assigned to the Committee on Research and Investigation of the YWCA of the U.S.A. is to study the needs of immigrant women and how the YWCA of the U.S.A. can meet those needs. The main project of the committee is the teaching of English to immigrants. The committee discusses the implementation of classes, methods of instruction and the challenges and success of the project.
