Proposal and final report submitted to the United States Department of Labor for the YWCA of the U.S.A.'s Summer Youth Demonstration Project. The project leverages the existing structure and strengths of the YWCA of the U.S.A. and it's local associations to provide employment experience and support services to young women ages 16-19 who are not in school and unemployed.
