Minutes of meetings of the College and University Division of the YWCA of the U.S.A.'s Personnel Committee for National Staff (1965-1968), Personnel and Finance Committee (1957-1958) and Personnel and Training Committee (1961-1968). The committees are responsible for the training, recruitment and development of national student staff. Meetings include discussion and review of training programs, employee needs, personnel policy and job descriptions.

The Personnel Committee for Local Staff is a subcommittee of the national Student Council of the YWCA of the U.S.A. The Committee is responsible for the recruitment, placement and development of leaders of local student associations.
The National Student YWCA Sub-Committee on Projects reviews and approves special student projects, evaluates current projects, discusses the relationship of the project to the National Student YWCA develops programs for the staff and support of projects.
The Interracial Education Committee of the Student Division of the YWCA of the U.S.A. studies the race relations and integration practices on college campuses, provides resources to student associations concerning race inclusive practices, cooperates with the actions of the National Intercollegiate Christian Council concerning race relations and integration practices and maintains a knowledge of national and local matters of race and race relations.
