The legislative body and members of national associations meet to united under common purpose and aim and to make decisions concerning the world-wide movement and organization. The theme of the conference is "the message of Christ and the responsibility of the association for presenting it." In addition, the move of the headquarters to Geneva, Switzerland and changes to the constitution are discussed.
