Responding to the need for housing during World War I, the YWCA of the U.S.A. began construction on the Grace Dodge Hotel, later known as the Dodge Hotel, following the war and opening for business in 1921. Minutes and reports, concern the operations of the hotel including maintenance and repair, staffing, advertising, publicity and finance.
