Proceedings of the biennial national conventions of the National Association of Employed Officers of the YWCA of the U.S.A. (N.A.E.O.). For the first and second biennial conventions the organization meets under the name Secretaries' Association. As the employee association for secretaries in all parts of the YWCA of the U.S.A., the N.A.E.O. and Secretaries' Associations meet to discuss fair labor practices, job evaluation and standards, employee relationships and job security.
